History of Company
| 1939 | Established at 762, Ohmiya Fujinomiya-City, Shizuoka Prefecture to manufacture and sell machine tools and to process various parts. |

| 1943 | Manufactured munitions to conform to the national policy. |
| 1945 | Developed small marine type water cooled hot bulb engines and sold them as Taisei Engine throughout the nation. |
| 1950 | Electric wire manufacturing machines were researched, developed and sold. |
| 1963 | In order to meet the increasing demand, 10,000m2 of land was acquired and three factories were constructed at the present location and the company moved to this facility. |
| 1972 | Additional assembly factory was constructed and machines and facilities were renewed. |
| 1974 | Adjacent land was acquired, a pressure vessel manufacturing factory was constructed, a painting factory and pattern warehouse were re-arranged. |
| 1982 | A second test run factory was constructed and new machinery and equipment were increased. |
| 1985 | An office building (two storied) was constructed and CAD system was introduced. |
| 1989 | Yamamiya factory (2,300m2) was constructed at 2165-1 Yamamiya, Fujinomiya City to start operations. |
| 1991 | The third test run factory and painting factory were newly established. |
| 2003 | A tie-up factory and an agency were established in China(Shanghai), and much more overseas expansion is promoted. |
| 2009 | Start manufacturing PVC Pellet Machine. |
